Yes — that's exactly what they're designed for. Our pads use natural rubber and pure wool felt with no solvents, no PVC, and no adhesive backing. Cheap rug pads can leave permanent marks on hardwood; ours will not.
Will the pad show under the rug?
No. We measure your rug and cut the pad approximately a half-inch smaller on each side, so the pad sits cleanly under the rug without showing along the edges. Standard retail pads are pre-cut to nominal sizes and usually show or bunch.
