Free Pick-Up
We come to you in Memphis. Each rug is logged, photographed, and assessed for fiber type, dye stability, age, and any pre-existing damage.

Dust & Pre-treat
Decades of embedded dirt are mechanically removed before water ever touches the foundation. Stains are pre-treated by hand.

Full Immersion Wash
The rug is fully submerged and worked with fiber-safe soaps — the only way to truly rinse a hand-knotted rug.

Free Delivery
Controlled drying, fringe finishing, and final inspection. The rug returns to your Memphis home wrapped and ready to lay.
