Free Pick-Up
We come to you in Dallas. Each rug is logged, photographed, and assessed for fiber type, dye stability, age, and any pre-existing damage.

Dust & Pre-treat
Decades of embedded dirt are mechanically removed before water ever touches the foundation. Stains are pre-treated by hand.

Full Immersion Wash
The rug is fully submerged and worked with fiber-safe soaps — the only way to truly rinse a hand-knotted rug.

Free Delivery
Controlled drying, fringe finishing, and final inspection. The rug returns to your Dallas home wrapped and ready to lay.

How does Texas dryness affect oriental rugs?
Hand-knotted oriental rugs depend on a small amount of natural humidity to keep their wool foundation flexible. Dallas's low ambient humidity, especially in summer, can cause foundations to dry out and crack along the warp lines — often invisibly until major damage is done. Our cleaning process includes gentle re-humidification and care guidance for clients with seasonal homes.
Can you clean rugs from luxury homes in Highland Park or Plano?

Standard cleaning takes 7 days from pick-up to delivery. Rush service is available on a case-by-case basis. Repair work adds time depending on the scope; we always give you a written estimate up front.
